Bisous de Mer’s commercial policy does not accept returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges.
You have 14 calendar days for any exchange from the date you receive the garment at home (this date will be the one stated on the delivery note). In this period you will have to send the product to be exchanged to the following address:

- Calle Colón 23, 4to B – 36201 Vigo (Pontevedra)
The article must be in its original condition and packaging. No exchanges will be accepted for garments that do not meet these conditions or have been used. All garments will be inspected upon receipt. The cost of exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
BISOUS DE MER TEXTIL, SL, will not accept any article against reimbursement. If there has been any error with the shipment, after checking it, the garment in question will be collected and a new garment will be sent. Shipping costs will always be paid by the buyer, except in the case of returns due to shipping errors.
The article is your full responsibility until it arrives at our office, so we recommend that you send the garment by registered post or courier, keeping the receipt until we receive it.
We provide the customer with an exchange form. It must be filled in correctly, clearly indicating the reason for the exchange and click on ‘Request exchange’. The customer will receive a copy of this request by email and must print it out and attach it to the package with the goods to be sent.
Depending on the request, the customer will have to act in one way or another when sending the package.
If you wish to make an exchange, the customer must contract with the transport company of his choice a ‘double’ service: on the one hand to send us the goods and on the other hand to return a new package with the product requested in the exchange. Bisous de Mer will not be able to dispose of the products chosen in the exchange if the customer does not contract this service in advance. Once the garment has been received in our office, and after approval of the condition of the product, we will deliver the garment/size requested in the exchange to the carrier.
